Time to measure up
We set up a convenient time to meet at your home to discuss your wish list and measure dimensions. We use this information to create a beautiful, yet, functional design, custom-built for your needs and home. Then its back to our office to create a fully detailed proposal, an in depth set of plans and high quality color renderings of our design! We will have you in for a presentation to discuss our plan.
Fine tuning your dream
Ready to move forward with NDA? Great! A small deposit is placed so we can proceed with all necessary changes discussed in our meeting. We will send someone out for a second measure of your space. This gives a deeper look into your space to ensure there will be no surprises when we begin demo. We continue to tweak the design as you wish until you are happy with the layout and functionality of your new space.

Let Build!
Once your cabinets and all materials are in our warehouse, we will schedule your project. Waiting until all items are in house, prevents any delays on your project. We schedule out your project and provide you with a daily schedule for the full course of the renovation. You will know what is happening day to day and will even be in constant communication with our office with updates along the way. Our team will clean the space daily when leaving to ensure as little inconvenience as possible. You will have a dedicated project manager who will do site visits during the project as well as a final walkthrough upon sub completion to create a full list of anything left that needs to be taken care of.

• How does the payment process work?
Nothing is asked of you until you are ready to sign a contract on your project. At that time we ask for a small deposit to get the ball rolling internally. After that, your payments are spread throughout the course of the project, at major stages of completion. For example, payments are generally due upon Demo, Framing, Tile, Cabinet, Countertops and Subcompletion. This can be broken down further based on the scope of work. Each project is different so there is not set payment schedule as everything is done on a customer by customer basis.
